The Great Hall Stage is at the heart of Open House, with pop up performances happening throughout the day.

Join us for an exciting display of culture, creativity and shared experience.

Take part in a journey through Korean language and culture, led by Professor Jieun Kiaer and inspired by the music of K Pop Demon Hunters. Enjoy live performances of songs from the film, learn some of the Saja Boys’ dance moves, and explore the cultural world behind the story.

Head Over Wheels, the innovative multi-disciplinary company bringing together disabled and non-disabled performers, present an exclusive extract from their new show Mummy, what’s wrong with that man’s legs? - a thoughtful and engaging piece that invites audiences to see the world from different perspectives.

Body Politic YOUTH perform a short dance piece, showcasing the energy and talent of young local performers.

The Cocoa Butter Club brings a special Open House performance, blending cabaret with themes of identity, representation and self-expression in a bold and entertaining way.

Throughout the day, award-winning poet and playwright Yomi Ṣode curates a series of live spoken word performances, showcasing a range of voices and styles to mark the opening of the building.

The day also spotlights the Leys Festival: one people, one place, with music and performances that bring the community together.
