Starters
Roasted tomato and red pepper soup, basil oil, warm focaccia 
Smoked chicken caesar salad, baby gem, parmesan, anchovy dressing, sourdough crumb
Heritage beetroot, whipped feta, candied walnuts, orange, herbs
 
Mains
Minute steak, fries, peppercorn sauce, watercress
Pan-roasted Chalk Stream trout, crushed new potatoes, samphire, lemon butter
Roasted cauliflower steak, chickpea purée, salsa verde

Desserts
Crême fraiche and white chocolate cheesecake, apricot, crumble
Coffee pannacotta, salted caramel, torched clementine
