Breaking Ground

Fresh voices, urgent ideas, raw energy, all presented in an explosive fusion of hip-hop, dance and theatre.  

Breaking Ground, created by Body Politic, channels the language of movement to explore ‘no-place’: the space between dystopia and hope, displacement and belonging.  
 
Three new works by some of the South East’s most exciting hip-hop dance artists will be showcased on stage, including a premiere from Oxford choreographer Emma-Jane Greig, blending fearless creativity and an unfiltered perspective.
