Our food philosophy is all about tailoring our menus to create an offer that provides our customers with fresh and nutritious food that is underpinned with value and quality. 95% of the daily menu offering will be cooked fresh/on-site using ingredients sourced locally to Oxford that change by the season but reflect a range of cultures / global flair. With our commitment to sustainable sourcing and a keen focus on high-street trends, our innovative approach to food ensures delicious flavours and excellent value for money.

Cafe (Main Restaurant)
With a weekly menu containing Waste Knot soups, homemade bread, street food such as Katsu curries and ramen bowls, and a tempting fresh and colourful salad bar, our aim is to have something for everyone. We have been mindful to create a ‘home from home’ feel in the menus to reflect the diversity of our students and staff.
